Trades: WWTP Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction & Repairs: Tank Pressure Washing - General Engineering Contractor

DDCWS is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the performance of the South Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Aerator Addition Project (the “Project”), as more fully described in the Invitation for Bids. The scope of work includes the provision by the Contractor of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The Project will be “turn key” and require minimal involvement of Authority personnel. The work to be performed shall include: 1. Installation of Owner furnished aeration equipment: one mixer in each of two aeration basins, DO meters, transmitters, and VFD panels. 2. Modification of existing control panel to accommodate new aeration controls. 3. Construction of two walkways (one per basin) for access to new DO meters located as shown in Contract Drawings. 4. Associated electrical work and new duct bank. 5. Testing and startup. Special Conditions and Appendices contain more detailed information on the Project scope Bonds required.
