The primary work to be performed under this contract is the construction of the South St. Vrain Creek
Pipeline Pump Station Project. Construction includes, but is not limited to: mobilization; clearing and
grubbing; tree removal and protection; demolition of existing utilities; protection of existing utilities; site
grading; excavation; rock excavation; construction of a reinforced concrete wet wellstructure founded on
mattslab foundation and associated slide gate, barscreen,sump pump and grates; installation and testing
of an Owner?supplied packaged pump station founded on matt slab foundation; parking lot
improvements; yard piping, sampling stations, buried valves and cathodic protection; installation of
electrical services; water control and stormwater pollution control; irrigation diversion structure and
piping; fencing, seeding and revegetation; coordination with adjacent private property owners, private
ditch lateral shareholders, and the Town of Lyons. Questions deadline is 5:00 pm 12/21/21.
