The City of Titusville’s Procurement Division, on behalf of the Water Resources Department, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, parts/materials, equipment and supervision for the demolition and removal of an existing 200,000-gallon elevated water storage tank located at 1995 South Street Unit WTRTWR, Titusville Florida, including all appurtenances. This work will include all site work: demolition/removal of tank and 12” water meter; disconnection of 12” water meter and install plug at tee; damage repair (if applicable); disconnect electrical service; remove antenna tower; remove fencing. Contractor also to include all earthwork and sodding to restore the site to a condition of equal or better condition that before the project’s commencement as well as all asbestos and lead remediation. The Technical Specifications document including the pre-demolition survey, testing, results, and photo records are included hereto as Attachment A.
