The City of Marco Island is soliciting bids to upgrade the existing electrical distribution system for the South Water Treatment Plant located at 415 Lily Court, Marco Island, FL 34145. The scope of work includes but not limited to: 1. Construction of a new CMU wall with access doors within the existing RO building to create a new electrical room to house new electrical equipment; 2. Supply and installation of 3 new switchboards, 3 motor control centers, 3 Automatic Transfer Switches and associated feeders, raceways and equipment pads; 3. Rerouting of primary feeders from the LCEC point of attachment to three existing stepdown transformers, rerouted duct banks, removal of high voltage switchgear, auto transformer and existing generators. Bonds required.
