The City of College Station Utilities, hereafter called COCS or Owner, will be modifying the existing Spring Creek Substation, located at 3005 Lakeway Dr., College Station, TX 77845. All proposals shall follow the format provided by the City of College Station. This project shall require expertise in the following construction areas: A. Structures B. Three-Pole Group-Operated Air Break Switches and Accessories C. Single Pole Disconnect Switches D. 145kV Circuit Breakers and / or Circuit Switchers E. 15kV Vacuum Distribution Circuit Breakers and or Reclosers F. Meters, Relays and Instrument Trasformers G. Transfomer H. Communicatoins and Supervisory Control Equipment I. Conduit, Cabling, and Wiring Modifications J. Foundations K. Site Preparation L. Wall, Fencing, and Gates M. Pre-Assembled Substation Electrical Battery Enclosure N. Accepance Testing O. Security System Installation .Q&A due by 10/29/20 at 2PM.Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
