The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Engineering and Construction, is seeking a single, responsive and responsible Bidder for the construction of approximately 3 miles of multi-use trail/shareduse pathway from Rob Sullivan Park on Highbanks Road to the intersection of US 17/92 and Benson Junction Road. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
