The City of Yonkers is seeking a vendor to provide firm pricing for the repair of the sprinkler system at located at Cacace Justice Center. Vendor shall provide pricing to furnish all necessary labor and materials to perform the following work: Provide & Install sixteen (16) Test/Drain signs. Provide & Install sixteen (16) Sprinkler Control Valve Signs. Remove & Replace two (2) Outdated Air Pressure Gauges with 3-Way Valves. Remove & Replace two (2) Outdated Air Pressure Gauges with 3-Way Valves. Remove & replace seven (7) Water Pressure Gauges with 3-Way Valves. Provide & Install one (1) Main Drain Sign for the Deluge Valve. Remove & Replace two (2) Painted Upright Sprinkler Heads Located in the Basement. Remove & Replace one (1) Painted Upright Sprinkler Head Located in the Basement. Provide & Install an Inspector’s Test Valve for the Dry System.
