The necessary grading and site preparation for the modular locker room buildings includes but is not limited to. Site clearing and selective demolition; Installation and maintenance of erosion soil controls; Site grading; The extension of defined site utilities from of connection point to the modular building; Installation of pavement, walkways, curbing, landscaping and other site features; The final restoration of the site. Work at the site shall be started within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issuance of written authorization to proceed and shall achieve final completion of the project no later than July 21, 2023. Bonds required.
