For the construction of a certain section of State Highway in Luzerne County, Dallas Township, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State Route 1043 and Section PPR. The project being situated as follows: From a point approximately 113 feet from the intersection with SR 1014 at Segment 0032 Offset 0613 (Station 61+25) to a point approximately 137 feet from the same intersection at Segment 0040 Offset 0113 (Station 63+75) along SR 1043 (Pioneer Road). The proposed project consists of installing both storm water and combination drainage pipe and inlets, including a 68” x 43” reinforced concrete elliptical pipe with cast-in-place end walls. Other work includes milling and bituminous overlay, landscaping, temporary traffic control, guide rail, E & S control measures, pavement markings and other miscellaneous construction all contained within an overall project length of 250 feet, 0.047 miles as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package. DBE goal 4%. Prequalification required.
