A limited number of virtual one-on-one meetings will be available following the Industry Forum on a first come, first served basis between interested parties and Georgia DOT staff. Each one-on-one meeting will be limited to 30 minutes. Participants will be able to ask questions during the scheduled one-on-one meetings. To schedule a one-on-one meeting, send an email to SR400Phase1@dot.ga.gov. Include in the email three available 30 minute time slots (ranked in order of preference), the name, title, and company of those individuals who will be attending the one-on-one WebEx meeting with an email address for each individual in order for Georgia DOT to send the login information for attendance.
Only provide email addresses of the person(s) who will participate in the WebEx on behalf of your team, not to exceed six (6) persons. In response, Georgia DOT will send out a meeting invitation including a specified date, time and secured login information within the period noted above. To ensure confidentiality of the one-on-one meeting, do not forward the meeting invitation.
The Design-Builder will be responsible for the design, demolition and new construction of the Project. The work consists of the replacement of three overpass bridges over SR400, two bridges located at Pitts Road and Roberts Drive, in the City of Sandy Springs and one located at Kimball Bridge Road in the City of Alpharetta, both in Fulton County, GA.
