This work consists of the structure rehabilitation of two State-Owned CMP Culverts on SR 8015 Section D51. The construction of the proposed structure rehabilitation will be completed with traffic open to SR 8015. Aluminum Tunnel Liner Plates will be installed to rehabilitate the existing pipes. A partial Aluminum Tunnel Liner Plate would be used in both pipes from the top of the concrete flow channel. A concrete curtain wall will be added at inlet and sloped concrete collar at the outlet. Type 1 and 2 concrete repairs are proposed for the pier nose and inlet headwall. DBE goal 2%. Prequalification required.
