The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to make repairs to the SR79 42-in wholesale water main. This project involves the encasement of an existing 42” X 24” tee and 24” butterfly valve; and the installation of a 42” x 24” tapping sleeve and valve fittings (wet tap). The watermain is part of the Bay County Utility Services wholesale water system and provides potable water to the City of Panama City Beach (PCB). The repair shall be completed within a 24-hour window. Work shall be completed in accordance with Volkert Inc. construction drawings dated December 2020.
