In general, this project will consist of the repair by replacement of all cast iron sanitary drain, waste, and vent above the slab throughout the facility, excluding the kitchen areas, with new PVC piping. The project will also include the upgrading of the 2nd floor restrooms to comply with the most current standards set for by the American Disabilities Act. Ancillary work will include the necessary repairs and patching to walls, floors, fixtures, ceiling tiles, etc. required in the execution of this project in order to restore the restrooms to the conditions at the time of project award. Affirmative Action Plan Required.
