The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to complete the stabilization of the structure according to the specifications and drawings. In the event work cannot proceed according to the specifications and plans, the contractor shall provide written justification supported by plans stamped by structural engineer. All sub-contractors' information shall be submitted with the bid response. Failure to submit the list of sub-contractor with the bid response shall deem the bid non-response.
