The work on this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for HMA surface removal, HMA resurfacing standard overlay with shoulder resurfacing; and bridges and culvert repair to be done. Bridge and culvert repair work includes structural repair of concrete, substructure repair, pile encasement, joint sealer replacement, guardrail replacement, crash wall updated, riprap, tree removal, etc. Pavement markings and all other appurtenant and collateral work are as shown in the plans and as required by the Special Provisions. DBE goal for this project is 8%. EEO requirements.
