The County of Stanislaus is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors with valid C-20 HVAC CSLB licenses DIR registration numbers for the modernization and replacement of mechanical systems in the Stanislaus Building, located at 3800 Cornucopia Way, Modesto. For security reasons, bidder access to this building is restricted to the time and date of the pre-bid walk shown above. Refer to the attached “Exhibit A” for additional Scope of Work information. Questions due by Mar 27th before 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
