Meet in First Campus at the entrance of Poinsettia E.S., 2445 Mica Road, Carlsbad, CA 92009 & will move to Second Campus at Pacific Rim E.S., 1100 Camino De Las Ondas, Carlsbad, CA 92009.
Contractor shall prepare and perform sitework, install, and complete miscellaneous finishes for two (2) modular buildings to be installed at two (2) CUSD campus sites: (a) Poinsettia Elementary School and (b) Pacific Rim Elementary School. The Contractor shall collaborate with District, District advisors and local agencies as necessary, to capture existing conditions, develop an installation plan to deliver complete buildings. The Contractor shall use provided drawings and specifications to refer to full project scope requirements. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
