Two (2) site visits will be held, first at 11:00 AM and second at 2:00 PM on October 19, 2021 at the San Antonio Water System’s Steven M. Clouse WRC located at 3495 Valley Rd. San Antonio, TX 78221. The subsequent document “Invitation to Bidders” - Attachment A: Site Visit Procedures” is hereto made part of this specification section and includes procedures that shall be followed to attend the pre-bid site visit meeting. Due to the present COVID-19 pandemic, each respondent wishing to visit the site shall review and strictly adhere to the requirements, including the requirements to RSVP
Estimate: $7,563,000
Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of the Steven M. Clouse WRC Headworks Enhancements Phase 2 Project, SAWS Job No. 19-6504. The project consists of the following improvements: two (2) influent Parshall Flume slide gates, automation of four (4) influent distribution chamber slide gates, influent screening channel grouting, aerated grit channel wall extension and baffle plate installation, and grit removal system enhancements. Questions due via email by 4:00 PM (CT) on October 21, 2021.
