The project involves removal of the old windows which will be done by the abatement contractor (who will be under a separate purchase order); a number of windows will be removed per day on second shift. The general contractor will coordinate with the abatement contractor for temporary security enclosures of the window openings. General contractor will come in the following day and install the windows and trim for the windows that were removed the night before. General contractor will be responsible for a complete window installation which includes windows, window trim (inside and out), sills, caulk and paint. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
