Project: Stormwater Facilities Repair and Maintenance for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. There are four sites located within the Kent Island region of the County. The Work consists of restoring stormwater facilities, also known as Best Management Practices (BMPs), owned by Queen Anne’s County (QAC) to their original design or as-built condition. If there is no as-built drawing, original design drawings will be used. There is an Add Alternate to provide annual upkeep and maintenance for the facilities for up to five years following restoration as provided by the base bid. Questions due 7 days prior to bid date.
