Ware County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of 2020 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) Project Street Improvements on Tebeau Street & Pinehurst Drive, and in the Blalock Road & Southwood Areas. The Scope of Work Includes Pavement Repair and Resurfacing of Tebeau Street & Pinehurst Drive, and various streets in the Blalock Road & Southwood Areas. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the Ware County Board of Commissioners in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
