It is the intent of the City of Rochester to obtain the services of an electrical contractor with sufficient qualified licensed master electricians who will provide the necessary expertise to: Ensure the proper operation of the City’s Street Lighting System. To perform all necessary electrical work in conjunction with assigned City Street Projects. To provide the necessary expertise to address any unanticipated electrical needs during the contract period. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
