In the Superintendent’s Residence. Seating is limited per Executive Order of the Governor and attendees are required to contact Lineage Architects at 540-248-3771 by 5pm February 15 to reserve a space. A second pre-bid will be held at 11:00am at the same location if interest justifies it. Please note that parking is extremely limited at the Residence. Attendees may utilize parking at Watts Hall to the north of the site or along the adjacent East Beverly Street.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of “Structural Repairs – Superintendent’s Residence #218-14082-005” at The Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind in Staunton, VA. The project is generally described as minor structural repairs and significant refinishing of interior spaces to include plaster work, wallpaper, and painting. Prospective bidders who wish to individually visit the areas of work should contact VSDB Facilities at (540) 332-9427 to schedule a time for the site visit. Visits must be scheduled in advance and are only available Monday through Thursday between 8:00am and 2:00pm. Bonds required.
