Demolition of 3 buildings and construction of 1- 4 story building consisting of 149 efficiency units (approx. 90,722sf), shared common areas, parking and a courtyard. Applicable requirements include, but are not limited to compliance with the Harris County Community Workforce Development and Worker Provision Policies approved by Commissioners Court on 8/27/19 to set a $15/hour minimum prevailing wage rate for all building and multi-family construction contracts, the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (General Decision TX20200067, TX67 Residential, Publication Date 2/14/2020), Fair Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, and contracting with small, minority, and disadvantaged firms, as detailed in the project manual. City of Houston Pay or Play, Section 3 workforce, and M/WBE/SBE contracting goals shall also apply.
