ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for tenant improvement of 2,368 SF at Omega, Tyson's Galleria, 2001 International Drive, McLean VA 22102 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Appliances, Drywall, Electrical, Final Cleaning, Finish Carpentry/Millwork/Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Flooring (includes VCT, Tile), Glass / Mirrors / Storefront / Windows, HVAC, Insulation, Lab/materials testing, low voltage/voice & data/audio & visual, painting/wall covering, plumbing, roofing, saw cutting & concrete pour back, steel - structural/Steel fabrication, toilet accessories/specialties. All RFI's & bids to Lindsey La Garce at ELS Construction. Do not contact the architect or engineer. Bonds required.
