Robinson Construction is seeking bids for Woodard Campus Middle School at 31520 East Woodard Road - Troutdale, OR 97060. New middle school consisting of new site work for remodel of existing 1-story buildings of approximately 7.055 SF and an approximate 7.522 SF addition. Existing construction is wood frame on concrete stem wall foundations with wood floor joists at west building and raised slab on grade in east building. The addition construction is wood frame and a hybrid pre-engineered metal building on concrete slab on grade. Remodel of other buildings on site consist of the 1,488 SF tenant improvement of an existing 3.598 SF office building. SCHEDULE: 11/15/2022 - 06/23/2023 RFI and Substitution Request deadline 10/6/2022.
