City of Anaheim desires the services of a qualified Contractor to provide all of the following Regulatory Services to include: Testing, Inspection, and Repair as it relates to Fire Suppression and Alarm Systems to various City of Anaheim Electrical Substation Facilities, referenced in Exhibit A-General Specifications and Specific Scope of Work. Contractor must facilitate all of the following requested services: A) Fire Alarm Monitoring B) Fire Alarms Testing and Repairs; NFPA 72. C) Sprinkler Systems Testing and Repairs; NFPA25; Title 19. D) Fire Suppression System Testing and Repairs. Term is one year with up to 4, one-year, renewal options. Questions due 10/21/21. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
