Major quantities of work are as follows:
• Approximately 1750 feet of asphalt and concrete trails.
• Landscaping, irrigation, and concrete pads with pavilions alongside of trails.
• Pump track inside of existing detention basin.
• Drainage upgrades to the existing detention basin.
• Coordination with Welby Jacob Water Users Company and Hansen, Allen and Luce, Inc. respective with the Welby Jacob canal.
• Bid alternate includes mountain bike trails.
Contractors must bid all Alternates associated with the Schedule(s) being bid.
Contractor must use one of the two pre-approved companies for the Mountain Bike Trail and Pump Track:
1. American Ramp Company
2. PumpTrax USA
120 working days duration.
