The work will be performed under a Single Prime Contract and consists of installation of a new acoustic ceiling tile system at Harrisburg Area Community College at the Select Medical Health Education Building. The existing ceilings are open to the deck. All electrical, low voltage lighting and fire protection devices will be modified to accommodate new, lower ceiling. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
