The Owner has purchased a modular office building which will be installed under a separate contract by the modular manufacturer, including building excavation work, foundations, ramps, stairs, railing and modular building skirt. These operations will be conducted simultaneously with the Work under this project. The General Contractor will be responsible for final connections for Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical to the modular unit as well as Work including, but not limited to, utilities, demolition and concrete shown on the Civil drawings. Permitting the plans and modular plans, with the exception of the NCDOT permit for the modular building permitted by the modular manufacturer, will be the responsibility of the General Contractor. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
