SWIFT Center Powerhouse, 2070 Northern State Rd, Sedro-Woolley WA 98284
The project is to re-roof Bldg #32 known as Cascade Job Corps College (CJCC) Admin Bldg located on the SWIFT Center campus. The existing EPDM roof membrane is mechanically-attached with exposed fastener caps in a grid pattern. Below the topmost membrane is a protection board, foam insulation, and the original asphaltic roof membrane above the Tectum roof sheathing panels. All roofing layers are slated for demolition down to the original Tectum sheathing panels. All existing roof drains & roof parapet flashing are intended to be removed, and existing mechanical equipment will be temporarily removed as needed. A fully adhered TPO roof membrane over tapered insulation is proposed.
