The work shall include, but is not limited to furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications, and Bid No. 21-17-B Documents attached herein. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
