The project will include all labor and materials to provide a completed renovation of the community center, which is located at 130 MLK Senior Heritage Trail, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. The renovation includes the removal of 2,300 SF of tile flooring, the addition of four private offices totaling 547 Sq Ft, one 537 Sq Ft conference room with glass folding doors, custom reception desk, coat closet, storage closet, kitchen seating space, work area millwork, and additional lighting and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) for the offices and conference room. Any questions or suggestions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Division contact person, Lindell Y. Miller, Purchasing Manager at ProcurementDivision@CityofStockbridge-ga.gov, 4640 North Henry Boulevard Stockbridge, GA 30281. Bonds required.
