Pre-Bid Walk-Through will be conducted by EMWD starting at 9:00 a.m. and will be by appointment only to ensure compliance with COVID-19 distancing mandate. If you would like to attend the walk-thru email Amy Eichperger eichpera@emwd.org no later than 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2021 to schedule a time. Walk-thru will begin at the Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Facility. (Thomas Grid 958-D3). Then will proceed to Adams Ave & Elm St (Thomas Guide Grid 958-D2).
Estimate: $2.0M – $2.5M
The work comprises construction of approximately 1,100 linear feet of 24-inch diameter cement mortar lined and coated steel pipe from the intersection of Elm St and Washington Ave in Riverside County to inside the Santa Rosa Regional Resources Authority’s existing Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Facility (SRWRF), including two (2) jack and bores utilizing 36-inch diameter casings. The work inside the SRWRF will include the demolition of an existing turnout pipeline manifold, and installation of a new connection manifold including control and pressure reducing valves, electrical and SCADA connections. The work will also include the installation of approximately 100 linear feet of a 24-inch diameter cement mortar lined and coated steel pipe near the intersection of Elm St and Adams Ave in the City of Murrieta.
