The Soquel Creek Water District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide some site prep and clean up prior to minimal grading in preparation for compacted base rock and paving work. It also includes a sewer lateral extension, water service line from the meter to hook up location, and electrical trench across an existing parking lot area. After temporary trailer is delivered, a security fence will be installed around the area and some plants in planter boxes will need to be placed around the fence for screening. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Time to complete is 30 calendar days.
