Renovations for the Angels For Sight, a Free Non-Profit Eye Clinic 2129 Long Beach Blvd. Long Beach, Ca 90806. All work shall be completed per Long Beach Building and Safety Department Inspections. 1. Install new interior Type V wood framed walls that will create 4 additional exam rooms in an existing 1 story wood framed structure per approved drawings. a. Install drywall, screw/nail, tape and paint, color to match existing paint finish or per project manager's paint color requirements. 2. Upgrade existing restroom to meet current ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) handicap code requirements per approved drawings. 3. Install newly designed facade at front of existing structure per approved drawing details. 4. Repaint entire exterior of building structure per approved drawing color requirement. 5. Install one (1) new electric handicap chair lift at rear of elevated parking lot per approved drawings. 6. Install new parking lot stripping to include handicap parking per ADA code requirements layout at rear parking lot per approved drawings. 7. Any revised or additional work outside of the approved plans that may be requested by the architect/project manager shall be in writing by said architect/project manager and the cost of said extra work shall be submitted to the architect/project manager by the contractor as a change order.
