The Monroe County Courthouse Expansion project consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing Monroe County Courthouse located in Stroudsburg, PA. The project includes the renovation and restoration of the approximately 52,000 SF, three story (plus basement and attic) 1870’s/1930’s Historic Courthouse, the renovation of the approximately 41,800 SF, four story 1970’s Annex, the construction of a new three story (plus basement) expansion of approximately 66,900 SF and the related site civil and landscape work.
