Project reconstructs pavement on selected portions of the terminal using full depth reconstruction and full depth reclamation (FDR). Work includes removal of pavement and pulverization of the existing base material, installation of stormwater components, trimming remaining material to grade, mixing in concrete additive, compaction, curing, excavation and rock and fabric placement in isolated areas. HMA will be placed, bringing the road structure to its final grade. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
