The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 1.0 MG composite elevated storage tank and associated piping and appurtenances. Demolition and removal of existing elevated storage tank, pump station, and ground storage tank. Two completion cycles for the time of completion for this project: Work on site demolition, defined on Sheets D1 – D3 of the Construction Drawings, may not begin until the Thompson 1.0 MG EST, defined on Sheets G0-G2, C1-C20, and E1-E11, has achieved substantial completion. Substantial Completion for Thompson 1.0MG EST must achieve Substantial Completion within 540 calendar days and final acceptance within 60 calendar days. Substantial completion for the site demolition portion of the project within 120 calendar days and final acceptance within 30 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
