Job-Order-Contract (JOB) Support Services: The County has over 182 County-owned facilities comprising of approximately 8.1 million square feet of building space. The General Services Agency (GSA) provides ongoing maintenance, repair, and operation services for these facilities. These buildings include offices, courts, detention facilities, veterans’ buildings, clinic buildings, firing ranges, parking structures, and training facilities. The County is seeking to contract with a qualified JOC Support Services Contractor to provide administrative and support services. The Contractor will be responsible for ongoing JOC development, implementation, procurement support, construction estimating services, construction management services, project budgeting and planning services, training, and technical support. The Contractor will be responsible for preparing and providing JOC documents such as a construction unit price catalog, technical specifications, contractual terms, and conditions and bid forms that will be used by the County. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide the County with a comprehensive internet-based JOC information management system that can provide full project tracking, developing cost proposals, preparing independent County estimates, generating all project documentation and contracts, providing project scheduling and status, budgeting and cost control, tracking our equity program participation, grant-funded and reimbursed projects and generating customized reports, and capable of incorporating current County forms and documentation.
