It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one (1) or more qualified contractors to provide comprehensive miscellaneous grounds maintenance services to include planting, sod, tree installation and removal, tree trimming, demolition of plant material, and mulching services for various areas within the City. Due to the number of locations within the City and size of the service areas, the intent is to award the contract to multiple firms. It is anticipated an Agreement will be awarded for a period of three (3) years that may be extended at the option of the City for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
