The project is planned to consist of approximately 38,463sf of new space, 11,532sf of renovated space to existing space and 12,000sf of renovation to a new construction trades facility acquired NW of the existing facility which will affect the following programs: Welding, Industrial Trades, Composites, Machining, Robotics, Diesel, Nursing, Medical Assisting, Cosmetology, Surgical Tech and Office/Admin space. It is anticipated that programming and design will occur from June 2022 to February 2023. Construction funding may not be used per the Utah State Legislature prior to March 1, 2023, and we anticipate completion summer/fall of 2024. Bonds required.
