The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and/or as approved by the Engineer. The scope includes the complete removal and disposal of the existing windows and associated wood shingles on the building(s) historic facades. In general, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: verify and document existing window types and sizes, remove existing windows as indicated, verify and document existing timber / wood framing support; document all interior wall finishes and millwork to be protected and preserved in place, verify and document all exposed metals flashings, new windows and flashings (complete), selectively and limit the removal of wood shingles required for the new window installation, remove and dispose of all job-related materials at the end of the project; warranty, the work covered under these Divisions shall be bid as (1) one Contract. Contractor shall submit a computer generated critical point method schedule indicating all items of work under their contract. Bonds and prevailing wages
