The addition consists of the connector which serves as the main entrance and links the old barn to the new market shed structure. The scope of work consists of the construction of the connector and market shed structures including: concrete foundation system; structural steel frame; SIP building envelope; daylight panel openings; storefront entrance systems; interior finish and trim work; exterior cladding and flashing; metal and membrane roofs; and complete heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
