The work required under this Contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor and personnel, material, equipment and ancillary support necessary to complete the work described within these specifications. In general, this work consists of milling/resurfacing all or portions of the streets and highways herein with an approximate 2 inch thick, (compacted) layer of asphaltic concrete and related hand work as required. The quantities shown are for estimating purposes only and may be increased or decreased as directed by the Director of Technical Services. All materials and work shall conform to the Standard Specifications, Construction and Materials, NYS Department of Transportation dated May 1, 2022 or as amended to date with the Exception: recycled materials shall be prohibited. RAP shall be allowed for this contract. Work shall commence within 3 days of contract execution and be completed in 90 consecutive calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
