Sealed bids for Traffic Intersection Signalization Upgrades, will be received by the City of Lynchburg. Campbell Ave./ Seabury Ave. and Campbell Ave./ Fairview Ave.: This new signal build is to replace the existing substandard span-wire signal with a mast arm signal system. It will include improvements to the pedestrian crossings as needed. Fenwick Dr. and Fort Ave.: This signal build is to replace the existing substandard mast arm signal system with the current standard mast arm system. It will include additional heads to accommodate traffic exiting 6201 Fort Ave. parking lot. Rivermont Ave. and Boston Ave.: This signal build is to replace the existing substandard span-wire signal with a mast arm signal system. It will include improvements to the pedestrian crossing as needed. Questions due by 2:00 PM, October 26, 2022. Bonds required.
