Construct an access road off of Temecula Parkway at Wabash Lane to the existing park and ride facility that is located just east of La Paz Road, close off access to the park and ride facility at Vallejo Avenue, and reconfigure a portion of the east end of the existing park and ride site to accommodate the access road. Work includes excavation and fill, grading, construction of storm drain improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt concrete pavement, retaining walls, fencing, signing and striping, landscape and irrigation, and construction surveying. Project duration is 120 working days. Questions are due by Apr 21st @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required.
