Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and performing all operations required to construct the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all supervision, materials, equipment, tools and performing all operations necessary for the replacement of waterproof barrier and insulation along four buildings of Traffic Signal and Sign Division located on 7100 NW 36 Street, Miami, Florida 33166. The Work includes removing and replacing the existing damaged waterproof membrane along with insulation on top of double tee reinforced concrete roof of four (4) buildings with new insulation and waterproof membrane and necessary flashing required to insulate and waterproof the existing roofs. The roof areas to be replaced are approximately 16,400 SF, 3,250 SF, 4,500 SF and 5,600 SF. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
