The work consists of remodeling half of an existing 8,600 SF pre-engineered metal building, currently utilized as a large vehicle storage garage (Public Works Building 7), into a maintenance facility for the Corvallis Transit System vehicles. Additional components of this project include the design of a Fire Sprinkler System for the entire building approved by the Building Department, installation of that System and an Electrical Engineering Load-Flow Analysis of the building's existing and proposed Power System.
