Provide everything necessary to remove and dispose of properly all trash, litter, and debris in the designated work areas including but not limited to supervision, labor, uniforms, vehicles, equipment, materials, tools, reports, Caltrans permits, etc. Trash, litter and debris removal includes, but is not limited to removal of all visible trash, litter, debris, papers, and foreign material from all of the designated work areas every Monday and every Friday. Remove all trash, litter, and debris in the designated work areas on the designated days; all areas are to be completely cleaned on Monday and completely cleaned on Friday, not one-half on each day.
